Dealing with AAA Auto Transport was probably the worst customer-service experience I have ever had. A week and a half after the car was supposed to be picked up, I finally had to cancel the order today. They NEVER once called me to tell me what was going on. I had to call repeatedly, and half the time they wouldn't even answer the phone or return messages. When I did speak with them, they strung me along, acting as though the car would be picked up soon, saying they had "two confirmed drivers." In reality, they had no driver and no idea if/when they could ship the car. I stayed home from work to be around in hopes that the car would get picked up today, since they indicated that it possibly would be. This has been a nightmare. They were totally inconsiderate and did not even attempt to remedy the situation when I called to cancel. Do not use this company.
